You must be at least 13 years old to use Mymoree. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it using a method other than the interface and instructions we provide, or by interfering with its normal operation.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the bookmarks, links, and other content you save to Mymoree. By saving content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service to you — for example, to summarize, tag, and make it searchable.

You are responsible for the content you save and must have the right to save and store it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Mymoree to store or distribute unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or to violate the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Service availability

We work hard to keep Mymoree available and reliable, but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mymoree shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
